Keeping The Current Property Tax Rate At $2.40 Per $100 Of Assessed Value Is Expected To Generate Just Over A Million Dollars In New Revenue. That’S Assuming More Than 95-Percent Of Property Owners Pay Their Tax Bill On Time. Based On This Assessment, Each Penny Of The Tax Rate Would Bring In Just Over 419-Thousand Dollars In Revenue. The Budget Committee Is Continuing To Review Funding Requests For The New Fiscal Year, Which Begins July 1St.
