Appalachian School Of Law Students Will Soon Be Able To Participate In A New Externship Program That Allows Them To Work On Criminal Appeals Cases In The Commonwealth. Attorney General Jason Miyares Is Confident That ASL Externs Will Be Dedicated Public Servants. Students Will Review Court Records And Draft Briefs For The Attorney General’S Office To Review And Submit On Behalf Of The Commonwealth. This Is A First-Of-Its-Kind In The State.
