Now That Johnson City Has Purchased The Historic Train Depot, Legal Action May Have To Be Taken To Collect Over 84-Hundred Dollars In Unpaid Rent From A Former Tenant. Fleet Feet Was Allowed To Continue To Rent The Property Until They Could Move To A New Location. According To A September Agreement With The City, The Business Was To Pay 25-Hundred Dollars A Month And Would Have Until November 30Th To Leave, But Stayed Until December 10Th. City Leaders Will Decide Thursday Whether To Authorize A Civil Summons Claim Against Fleet Feet.
