A Customer Of The South Fork Utility District In Bristol, Tennessee Has Filed A Petition To Have Utility Commissioners Removed. The Petition Wants James Graham, Barry Jessee, Joe Warren And Tim Leonard To Be Ousted If They Don’T Resign By The Next Board Meeting. An Investigative Report Released Earlier This Month From The Tennessee Comptroller Of The Treasury Showed Over A Million Dollars Was Paid Out To District Manager Garry Smith Or Businesses He Had Interests In. The Report Alleges Smith Used His Construction Companies As The Main Provider Of Maintenance And Repairs For The Utility And Housed The Tools In A Building He Owned.
