The Bristol Virginia City Council Has Agreed To Fund A Much Needed School Construction Project. 27 Million Dollars In Loans Will Come Through The Industrial Development Authority To Build The New Intermediate School Next To Van Pelt Elementary. The Interest Rate On The Loan Will Be Locked In At 4.7%.
