The Commissioner Of The South Fork Utility District Jim Graham, Has Responded To The Tennessee Comptroller’s Report. Graham Says He Has Worked To Address Deficiencies In The District, And Mistakes Documenting Transactions Were Made. Graham Added All Of The Findings In The Report Are Being Addressed. The State Comptroller Issued The Report Last Week Questioning The Spending Of More Than One Point Six Million Dollars.
