Megan Boswell Is Charged With Felony Murder, Aggravated Child Abuse And Neglect, Tampering With Evidence, Abuse Of A Corpse, Failure To Report A Death Under Suspicious And 12 Counts Of False Reports In The Death Of Evelyn Boswell Whose Body Was Found On A Relative’s Property In 2020. The Defense And District Attorney Are Set To Discuss A Jury Questionnaire And A Severance Motion To Split Boswell’s Charges Into Two Trials. Her Trial Is Set To Start On September 26th.
