A Bristol Virginia Judge Has Agreed To Allow Past History Of A City Police Officer Charged With Murder, To Be Used During His Trial. Johnathan Brown Was Indicted On Charges Of Murder, Use Of A Firearm In The Commission Of A Murder And Malicious Shooting Into An Occupied Vehicle Following The Shooting Of Jonathan Kohler. Kohler Was Shot Outside The Rodeway Inn On Euclid Avenue In March Of Last Year. The Prosecution Filed A Motion To Include Allowing The History Of Brown To Be Brought Up During His Trial. He Was Involved In An Officer-Involved Shooting In July 2018 That Left A Man Dead. Brown’s Set To Stand Trial On April 18th.
