A Tennessee Senate Bill Passed This Week Would Allow Ivermectin For Human Use To Be Sold And Dispensed To Patients Over The Counter. This Would Include For The Treatment Of Covid-19. Under The Bill, Which Is Sponsored By Senator Rusty Crowe Of Johnson City And Senator Frank Niceley Of Strawberry Plains, A Pharmacist Or Prescriber Acting In Good Faith Would Be Immune From Disciplinary Actions And Civil Liability. The House Version Of The Bill Has Not Been Passed As Of Yet.
