The Elizabethton Police Department Is Investigating A Domestic Violence Incident That Left One Person Dead And Another In Serious Condition. It Happened This Morning At A Home On Mountain View Drive Off Milligan Highway. Officers Were Conducting A Welfare Check At Apartment 17 When They Found One Person Deceased And Another Person Seriously Injured. The Injured Person Was Taken To A Local Hospital For Treatment. Police Said The Deceased And Injured Person Were The Only Two People Involved. The Investigation Is Continuing.
