The Identity Of The Two Men Who Were Found Dead In The 500 Block Of East Carter’s Valley Road Has Been Released. 38 Year Old Kevin James Paul George And 28 Year Old Preston Lee Franklin Were Found Sunday With Gunshot Wounds To Their Heads. Both Were Shot At Close Range. The Alleged Shooter Christopher Hutson Was Fatally Shot By Authorites In Cocke County On Monday. Investigators Still Have No Idea How The Three Men Were Connected, But Do Believe It’s An Isolated Event Possibly Dealing With Drug Interactions.
