A Former Tennessee Highway Patrol Trooper In Jail On A Protective Order Violation Charge Has Appeared In Sullivan County General Sessions Court. Nicholas Collins Was Denied His Request For Bond, And Has His Felony Vandalism Charge Reduced To A Misdemeanor. Collins Is Facing Multiple Charges After Being Arrested For Violation Of An Order Of Protection Then Within 24 Hours Of His Release Being Arrested Again For The Same Offense. He’s Scheduled To Appear In Court May 13th.
