The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office Is Investigating The Shooting Of A Cat In The County. A Deputy Responded To The Call On March 24th After A Caller Said She Had Heard A Gunshot Outside. The Cat Was Found Later In The Owner’s Garage Shot In The Face With What Is Believed To Be Buckshot. The Cat Is Recovering, And Is Expected To Be Discharged In About A Week. Investigators Have A Suspect Who Is Not Cooperating At This Time.
