A Carter County Judge Ordered Joshua Adam Hill To Serve 25 Years In Prison After A Jury Found Him Guilty On Two Counts Of Aggravated Rape, Incest, And Sexual Battery By An Authority Figure. The Charges Stem From A Juvenile Girl. Judge Lisa Rice Ordered That Once Hill Completes His Sentence, He Is To Be Placed On The Tennessee Sexual Offender Registry For The Rest Of His Life And Be Supervised For The Rest Of His Life.
