Johnson City Police Are Continuing To Investigate The Death Of A 20 Year Old Woman. It Happened Last Friday At A Home On Mccall Circle. Police Aren’t Saying How Brionah Tester Died At This Time But Said She Did Not Live At The Home Where She Was Found. It’s Believed She Was Homeless.
