A Man Has Been Arrested In Washington County Tennessee For Allegedly Flying A Drone With A Package Attached To It Over The County Detention Center. Sheriff Keith Sexton Said Detention Officers Noticed The Drone And Managed To Grab The Package, Which Was Wrapped In Black Electrical Tape By Some Fishing Line. The Package Contained Illegal Narcotics. 31 Year Old Dustin Garland Was Arrested And Is Charged With Introduction Of Contraband Into A Penal Facility And Flying A Drone Over A Government Infrastructure. He Will Be Arraigned This Afternoon In General Sessions Court.
