Tennessee Lawmakers Have Passed A Bill That Allows Drivers To Take A Defensive Driving Course To Remove Points Added To Their Driving Records From A Speeding Ticket. Once Signed Into Law, Drivers Can Erase Five Points From Their Record By Taking A State-Approved Course Within 90 Days. It’s Only Valid To One Speeding Offense And Only Once Every Four Years. The Bill Now Heads To Governor Bill Lee’s Desk.
