A Jonesborough Tennessee Man Is Facing Charges After He Allegedly Hit His Brother With A Vehicle During A Fight. Robby Wayne Nutter Reportedly Got Into A Fistfight With His Brother Before Hitting Him With The Vehicle. Nutter’s Brother Was Taken To The Hospital With Non Life Threatening Injuries. Nutter Is Charged With Aggravated Assault, Reckless Endangerment And A Violation Of An Order Of Protection. The Investigation Is Ongoing And More Charges Are Possible
