The House Passed The Measure Earlier With A Clause To Allow The Town One Year To Improve Operations. The Senate Version Extends The Date Until November 1st. If The Bill Passes The Full Senate, Then It Will Have To Be Agreed To Again With The Senate’s Changes Before Governor Glenn Youngkin Makes A Final Consideration.
