The TBI Is Investigating An Officer-Involved Shooting In Kingsport. State And Federal Agents Were At A Home On Heatherwood Lane Yesterday. It Was Part Of An Undercover Investigation. When Authorities Located A Man Outside The Home, He Begin Firing Shots At Agents As He Ran Away. A Postal Inspector And Homeland Security Agent Returned Fire But No One Was Injured. The Man Was Taken Into Custody A Short Time Later. The TBI Will Turn Its Findings Over To The District Attorney’s Office.
