Bristol Virginia City Leaders Have Taken Action To Allow A New Restaurant And Car Wash To Locate At The Falls Retail Development. The City Council Voted To Transfer The Deed For Lot Number 20 To The City’S Industrial Development Authority. This Will Be Used To Build A New Tidal Wave Auto Spa Car Wash And An Undisclosed Eatery. Both Businesses Are Expected To Be Opened By The Second Quarter Of Next Year.
