A Greeneville Tennessee Woman Is Facing Charges After She Was Discovered To Be Intoxicated With Two Children While At A Grocery Store. Samantha Farley Was Reportedly Chasing Her 2 Year Old, Who Had Gotten Away, From Her As An Officer Made Contact With Her. Farley, Who Also Had A One Year Old With Her, Was Allegedly Unsteady On Her Feet, With Erratic Movements And Slurred Speech. Farley Is Charged With Public Intoxication, And Two Counts Of Child Abuse And Neglect.
