The City Of Kingsport Plans To Open Two Recycling Collection Sites Later This Year, Despite A Pause On Curbside Recycling Pickup. One Location Would Be A Staffed Full-Service Location On Industry Drive, And The Other Would Be An Unmanned Location At The Civic Auditorium. The Model City Is Working To Possibly Open Other Collection Sites In The Future.
