A Wise County Virginia Jury Has Convicted A Red Onion State Prison Inmate. 52 Year Old William Saunders Was Found Guilty Of Second Degree Murder And Strangulation. A Judge Ordered Saunders To Serve 20 Years In Prison For The Murder And Five Years For The Strangulation Charge To Run Concurrently. The Convictions Stem From Crimes Saunders Committed In May 2018 Involving The Death Of Fellow Inmate Donald Gary At Wallens Ridge State Prison.
