A Jonesborough Woman With Outstanding Warrants For Allegedly Stealing From An Elderly Person Will Be Arraigned This Afternoon In General Sessions Court. 36 Year Old April Riddle Is Charged With Identity Theft, Forgery And Financial Exploitation Of The Elderly. Authorities Said Riddle Allegedly Took The Victim’s Checks/Checking Account Debit Card Information Over A Three Month Period And Wrote Checks, Cashing Them Without The Victim’s Consent Or Knowledge. She’s Also Accused Of Using The Victim’s Debt Card Information Over The Internet And Electronically Cashed Checks At A Local Convenience Store. Riddle Is Reportedly Kin To The Victim And Was Assisting In Taking Care Of Her.
