One Of Three Inmates Who Escaped From The Sullivan County Jail Has Been Captured In North Carolina. Johnny Shane Brown Was Arrested By U.S. Marshals Yesterday In Wilmington. The Other Two Men, Tobias Carr And Timothy Sarver, Are Dead Following A Chase Earlier This Week In North Carolina. Brown Will Be Brought Back To Sullivan County Where He Will Face Additional Charges.
