Don Wells The Father Of Missing Hawkins County Child Summer Wells Is Now In Jail. Wells Appeared In Hawkins County General Sessions Court On Monday In Connection To An October Dui Arrest. He Pleaded Guilty To His First Dui And Will Spend 48 Hours In Jail With 88 Hours Of Community Service A Revoked License For One Year And A 350 Dollar Fine. However Wells Arrest Was A Violation Of Probation And He Must Serve The Remainder Of His 11 Months 29 Days.
