The Bill Was Introduced Earlier By Delegate Terry Kilgore Who Offered A Substitute To Give The Town One Year To Reorganize By July 1st, 2023. The Bill Will Still Need To Pass Committee, The House Floor And Be Agreed To By The Senate Before It Can Become Law. The Town’s Charter Was First Established In 1984.
