If Tennessee Governor Bill Lee’s Proposed Fiscal 2023 Budget Passes, It Will Mean 140 Million Dollars For East Tennessee State University. The State Funding Would Pay For The Replacement Of A 105 Year Old Building In The Center Of The Campus, A Massive Renovation Of Etsu’S Main Sciences Building And Construction Of A New Integrated Health Sciences Building At Innovation Park. If Approved, This Will Be The Most Capital Funding Received By The University In The Past Three Decades.
