Tester Said He’s Running As A Concerned Citizen Trying To Make A Difference. Tester Is The County’s 12Th District Commissioner And Serves On The Commerce, Industry And Agriculture Committee In Addition To Chairing The Rules Committee. The Election Is Set In August.
