It Was First Thought To Be Over A Personal Dispute, But Futher Investigation Revealed 42 Year Old Christopher Michael Smith Negligently Discharged The Weapon He Was Unlawfully Carrying. He Was Injured In The Incident. Smith Is Charged With Reckless Handling Of A Firearm And Possession Of A Firearm By A Convicted Felon.
