A Marion Virginia Man Accused Of Running A Drug Network In Order To Distribute Fentanyl Has Been Ordered To Spend Time In A Federal Prison. 21 Year Old Dakota Tunnell Pled Guilty In November Of Last Year In U.S. District Court In Abingdon To Possessing With Intent To Distribute 40 Grams Or More Of The Deadly Drug. A Judge Ordered Tunnell To Serve 48 Months. Authorities Said The Pills Tunnell Was Distributing Were Known As Roxicodone. He Had Been Purchasing Up To 500 Pills At A Time And Redistributing Them In The Marion Area.
