A Bristol Tennessee Man Accused Of Shooting A Sullivan County Sheriff’S Deputy Remains In The Hospital After Being Found Unresponsive In His Jail Cell. Lifesaving Efforts Were Performed On 54 Year Old Alan Coulter Before He Was Transported To The Hospital. His Condition Is Unknown At This Time. Coulter Is Facing Several Charges Including Attempted First Degree Murder. The Tbi Said This Investigation Is Active And Ongoing.
