The Poplar Creek Phase B Project Includes Two Miles Of Two-Lane Roadway With Climbing Lanes Where Needed And A Bridge Over Railroad Tracks As Well As The Levisa Fork. It’Ll Extend From Near Route 604 To The Existing Route 460 In Grundy. 80-Percent Is Being Paid For Using Federal Money With The Remainder Coming From Grants. Construction Is Expected To Begin By Early 2023.
