A JOHNSON CITY HEALTHCARE WORKER ACCUSED OF ABUSING A PATIENT AT A RESIDENTIAL FACILITY HAS BEEN INDICTED BY A WASHINGTON COUNTY TENNESSEE GRAND JURY. 59 YEAR OLD JACK HALL OF BLOUNTVILLE IS CHARGED WITH ABUSE NEGLECT AND EXPLOITATION OF A DEPENDENT ADULT. HE WORLED AS A LICENSED PRATICAL NURSE AT A FACILITY OPERATED BY THE DAWN OF HOPE INCORPORATED ON EAST OAKLAND AVENUE IN JOHNSON CITY. HE WAS EMPLOYED BY @AT WORK MEDICAL SERVICES WHO WAS CONTRACTED TO PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE. THE CHARGE ALLEGES HALL STRUCK ONE OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE FACE WITH HIS FOREARM IN MAY OF THIS YEAR. HE WAS CHARGED FOLLOWING A SIX MONTH INVESTIGATION. HALL WILL HAVE A COURT DATE SET SOON IN CRIMINAL COURT.
