Police Said 38 Year Old Kenny Cook And 16 Year Old Teagan Welch Were Shot In The Incident In The Parking Lot Of A Business During A Dropoff Between Two Parents Exchanging Custody. 48 Year Old Christopher Welch Of Harriman Was Pronounced Dead At The Scene. A Fourth Person Was Not Injured. The Tbi Is Assisting In The Investigation.
