Bristol Virginia City Manager Randall Eads Has Requested Help Controlling The Landfill Stench. In A Letter Dated Monday To The Environmental Protection Agency And The Virginia Department Of Environmental Quality Eads Ask For Federal And State Assistance Saying The City Has Not Ask For Help Until All Recommendations Were Finished. Those Are All Finished, But Citizens Are Still Dealing With The Odor. The City Has Ask For State And Federal Agencies To Take A More Active Role And For Additional Funding.
