A Johnson City Man Accused Of Multiple Crimes Involving His Ex-Girlfriend Will Remain In Jail Without Bond. During An Evidentiary Hearing Yesterday, Prosecutors Said 56 Year Old Wayne Morris Is Believed To Represent A Grave Threat To The Alleged Victim Whom He’s Accused Of Raping And Holding Her Against Her Will In September And Then Attempting To Kidnap Her Two Times In December. Morris Was Shot By A Friend Of The Woman December 20th After Allegedly Going To Her Home And Waiting On Her To Return. Morris Has A Preliminary Hearing Set For January 19th.
