Area Judges Are Pushing For A Regional Drug Treatment Facility, Ideally At The Former Roan Mountain Annex Of The Northeast Correctional Complex, Which Would Serve Nine Counties In Upper Northeast Tennessee. Letters Are Being Sent To Other County Commissioners In The Region To Discuss Opportunities To Work Together On The Project.
