A Single Vehicle Crash In Washington County Virginia Has Left One Person Injured And Another Dead. According To Virginia State Police 76 Year Old Bobbie Smith Of Lebanon Was A Passenger In A Car Traveling On Route 19, When It Ran Off The Roadway, Stuck A Ditch And Overturned. She Died From Her Injures At A Local Hospital. The Driver, 72 Year Old Edda Coleman, Also Of Lebanon, Was Treated For Non-Life Threatening Injuries. Coleman Was Cited For Reckless Driving For Failure To Maintain The Lane Of Travel. The Crash Remains Under Investigation.
