A Telford Tennessee Man Has Been Arrested On Child Pornography Charges. 78 Year Old Roger Fernstrom Is Charged With Three Counts Of Sexual Exploitation Of A Minor. Investigators Reportedly Found Multiple Electronic Devices To Be Analyzed. Fernstrom Is Being Held On A 25 Thousand Dollars Bond. He Is Scheduled For Arraignment This Morning.
