One Of Three People Convicted In The So-Called “Facebook Murders” Case In Johnson County Tennessee Has Agreed To A Plea Deal In Exchange For A Lower Prison Sentence. Barbara Potter Was Granted A New Trial Earlier This Year When The Court Determined Her Original Counsel Operated Under A Conflict Of Interest. She Plead Guilty This Week To Two Counts Of Facilitation Of First-Degree Murder And Her Previous Life Sentence Was Reduced To 25 Years. She Will Also Be Eligible For Parole. Her Husband Marvin And Daughter Janelle Were Also Convicted Of First-Degree Murder In The Deaths Of Bill Payne And Billie Jean Hayworth. Jenelle And Marvin Remain Behind Bars.
