A Two-Vehicle Head-On Crash On Interstate 81 In Washington County, Tennessee Has Claimed The Life Of An Abingdon, Virginia Man. According To The Tennessee Highway Patrol, A Vehicle Being Driven By 62 Year Old Stanley Green Crossed The Median At Mile Marker 50 And Struck An SUV Being Driven Northbound By 59 Year Old Michelle Vidal Of New Jersey. Green Died At The Scene And Vidal Was Injured. An Investigation Is Ongoing.
