The Driver Has Been Identified As 42 Year Old Buster Lee Carpenter. He Was Taken To A Local Hospital And Later Died From His Injuries. The Officer Was Not Injured. Once The Tbi Completes Its Investigation, The Case Will Be Given To The District Attorney’S Office.
