According To The Tennessee Department Of Health, The Covid-19 Numbers Are Starting To Move In A Downward Direction In Northeast Tennessee. There Were Four New Covid Deaths Reported And 437 New Cases. However, Community Spread Is Down 47 Percent, Which Is The Lowest Its Been Since August 16th.
