Kingsport Police Department Officers Found 33 Year Old Nathan Bledsoe Near Sullivan And Market Street After Reports Of A Suspicious Man On Eastman Property. Bledsoe Is Charged With Vandalism Over One Thousand Dollars, Theft Of A Motor Vehicle And Is Banned From All Eastman Property.
