The Project Is Expected To Cost Nearly Seven Million Dollars. The County Industrial Development Board Recently Approved Moving Forward With The Center. It Must Also Be Approved By The Kingsport Economic Development Board. It’s Unclear When The Education Center Would Be Ready To Open.
