The Tazewell Virginia Police Department Is Closed Until Further Notice Due To Increased Cases Of Covid-19. The Decision Was Announced On The Town Of Tazewell’s Facebook Page. Investigator Craig Menefee Will Be In Charge Of The Department Due To Chief David Mills And A Lieutenant Being Out Of The Office. Officers Are Encouraged To Stay Out Of The Building And Away From Each Other As Much As Possible. The Department Is Closed To The Public Until This Situation Can Hopefully Be Re-Evaluated In The Near Future. However, You Can Still Call The Department For Assistance.
