It Happened Sunday Morning At A Home On Tunnel Road In Honaker. 40-Year-Old Ronald Lance Blackwell Is Charged With Malicious Wounding. Authorities Found An Individual With Injuries Consistent With A Gunshot Wound. They Were Taken To A Local Hospital For Treatment And Later Released. During The Investigation, Deputies Discovered A Homemade Explosive Device In The Home. It Was Later Disabled. Blackwell Is Being Held Without Bond Pending A Hearing In Russell County General District Court.
