The Russell County Virginia Sheriff’s Office Is Investigating A Shooting. It Happened Yesterday Morning At A Home On Tunnel Road. Authorities Said A Person Was Found With Injuries Consistent With A Gunshot Wound. The Individual Was Taken To Bristol Regional Medical Center For Treatment And Later Released. Authorities Also Found A Homemade Explosive Device At The Residence. Virginia State Police Bomb Squad Was Able To Dismantle The Device. The Investigation Is Ongoing And More Details Will Be Released Later.
